A Young Man From an Ordinary Family Did a PhD on a Difficult and Profound Subject, Becoming the First Person to do so

A young man from an ordinary family has achieved a remarkable milestone by completing a PhD on a challenging and intellectually demanding subject, becoming the first person in his village to do so. 

Hardikbhai Prajapati, a resident of Sabosan village, has earned his doctoral degree by presenting a research study titled “Use of Techniques in Modern Gujarati Short Stories: A Study.” His father works as a potter, making Hardik’s academic accomplishment even more inspiring.

In Patan district, Sabosan village has created history with this achievement. Hardik, the son of Rupabhai Prajapati, who is engaged in the traditional craft of pottery, has risen through hard work, dedication, and determination to accomplish an extraordinary academic feat that has filled the entire village with pride. He has been awarded a PhD in Gujarati from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University.

For his research, Hardik selected a deep and complex topic focused on techniques used in modern Gujarati short stories. His dissertation was completed under the mentorship of Dr. Bharat Solanki. During the recently held oral (viva) examination, Professor Dr. Sanjay Makwana from Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad, served as the external examiner and highly appreciated the quality of Hardik’s research work, acknowledging it as being of an excellent standard.
